We begin by asking questions to learn as much as possible about the project and your goals. A thorough design brief makes sure we truly understand your project needs and that no time will be wasted.
After we have reviewed all the info, we'll let you have the Proposal. This will outline scope of work, scheduling and terms of payment.
Once you let us know that you are cool with the Proposal, we'll prepare the Contract for you to sign and close the deal.
We usually ask for a 50% upfront (75% for overseas clients), with the remainder due on completion, and before the website goes live.
Good design is not the result of a burst of creativity. Through attentive research we dig deep to gain a clear understanding of business environment, target audience, market trends and competition.
We take the data found during the research phase and turn them into actionable insights that will help us shape a strategy that encompass SEO, information architecture and content planning.
This is where we apply lateral thinking and creative input into the design process. We begin sketching ideas to explore different creative paths.
Once the design is completed, we hand-code it to the latest Web standards to ensure that your website is a joy to use on all major browsers. A clean code also loads faster, improves search engine optimisation and enhances accessibility.
Now it's over to you to play around with the prototype and test yourself the user experience. Following your feedback, we will then either finalise the website, or make any revisions agreed upon.
Your website goes live once we've checked that everything will perform as intended.
The launch of a website marks a milestone, but is not the end. As a matter of fact, it's a beginning.
Websites are living, breathing things. They need to be taken care of and feed regularly. Let us know if you need help.
